Instructions:

1. Enter your User Name and Password as supplied by FIA.
   If you do not have your password, contact FIA
   at 727-588-0331 from 9am to 6pm EST.
2. Once logged in, Read the Message Board for new announcements or important information before proceeding to your inspection list.
3. Access Individual Inspection Reports by clicking on the cooresponding FIA number from the list of active reports.
4. Worksheets (2-pages) can be accessed for printing by clicking on the cooresponding Repair Shop Name from the report list.
5. Upload Images for each inspection from the Report Form or after completing that form.
